Services for Corporate Customer

Putting down roots in local communities in order to respond swiftly to client needs

Building Close Relations with Corporate Clients in Regions

In order to respond precisely to the diverse needs of corporate clients in all parts of Japan, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities has established offices of our Corporate & Institutional Sales Divisions at our Main Office, Nagoya Branch, Osaka Branch, Kyoto Branch, Sapporo Branch, Sendai Branch, Yokohama Branch, Kobe Branch, Hiroshima Branch and Fukuoka Branch. In addition, we have set up Corporate Marketing Departments in 31 branches nationwide. These channels are able to provide more professional and specialized information, products and services to assist corporate clients with asset management issues and their other increasingly diverse and sophisticated securities−related needs.
In addition to the aforementioned divisions and departments, three branches−in Nagoya, Osaka and Kyoto−have established Corporate Finance Divisions, providing a more specialized and integrated structure which can respond to customers'investment and capital procurement needs.

Cooperation with Specialized Divisions Allows Us to Provide High-quality

All of the nationwide branches of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities work closely with the specialized product and service divisions at Head Office in an effort to provide optimal solutions to the diverse needs of customers. Based on a firm grasp of client needs and cooperation with our Head Office investment banking and product units, our branches, which have close ties to companies in their local area, provide detailed and high−quality information as well as a broad assortment of products and services that take full account of market trends.

Mustering the Overall Capabilities and Strengths of the MUFG Group

The MUFG Group has established a cooperative system which pairs up each office of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities with a corporate branch of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. The two offices work closely as partners in order to provide more comprehensive and efficient responses to the needs of customers. In addition, in the securities intermediary business, The Bank of Tokyo−Mitsubishi UFJ sells financial products managed by Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, thereby enabling us to address the securities−related needs of a wider range of customers. In this way, we are leveraging the strengths of the MUFG Group to address customer needs in a more comprehensive manner.

Management Seminars

Mitsubishi UFJ Securities aims to provide useful information about corporate and asset management to the senior management of client companies. One way we do this is through Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Top−Management Seminars in major cities throughout Japan. We also hold receptions after these seminars to foster closer relationships between clients and senior managers of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and among clients themselves. Participants have given the seminars high marks, gauging from comments such as "The seminar was informative," "Mixing with other senior executives from many different regions was beneficial," and "I now understand Mitsubishi UFJ Securities'customer-centric management approach."
