The results of our Customer Satisfaction Survey revealed that when selecting a securities company, customers value the points such as “ability to offer valid proposals,” “sound knowledge of products” and “an understanding of customer needs” of the person in charge. Simply put, our customers require us to be “professionals.”
In addition to being precise and prompt in all our support, including administrative duties, we believe that our entire attitude as professionals who can go back to the basics and think from the customer’s perspective at all time is being demanded.
